Описано клінічний випадок застосування нової генерації сорбентів для корекції гіпербілірубінемії, що сприяє суттєвому зниженню рівня загального білірубіну, покращенню загального стану пацієнта та екскреторної функції печінки. Застосування гемодіафільтрації з додаванням додаткового цитокінового адсорбенту CytoSorb у пацієнтки з печінковою недостатністю на тлі первинного біліарного холангіту дозволило знизити вміст загального білірубіну на 23% після першої процедури і на 50% від вихідного рівня — після третьої.

A clinical case of the use of a new generation of sorbents for the correction of hyperbilirubinemia is described, which helps to significantly reduce the level of total bilirubin, improve the general condition of the patient and the excretory function of the liver. The use of hemodiafiltration with the addition of an additional cytokine adsorbent CytoSorb in a patient with liver failure on the background of primary biliary cholangitis made it possible to reduce the content of total bilirubin by 23% after the first procedure and by 50% from the initial level — after the third.
