Мета – проаналізувати власний досвід виконання роботичних операцій для оцінювання якості надання
хірургічної допомоги.
Матеріали і методи. Проведено 180 роботичних операції за допомогою систем «DaVinci S та Si» протягом
2020–2024 рр. Дорослих пацієнтів було 108, дітей – 72. Вік дорослих коливався від 18 до 72 років (середній –
45±3,7), дітей – від 10 місяців до 17 років (середній – 8±3,2).
Результати. Серед дорослих пацієнтів проведено 21 (19,4%) роботичну операцію на стравоході та шлунку, урологічних – 35 (32,4%), пухлин кишечника – 9 (8,3%), захворювань печінки, жовчного міхура, селезінки – 13 (12,0%), гінекологічної патології – 8 (7,4%), гриж передньої черевної стінки – 15 (14,0%), ургентної
хірургічної патології – 7 (6,5%). Дещо відрізнявся спектр операційних втручань у дитячому віці. Так, у структурі нозологій переважали захворювання сечовидільної системи – 43 (59,7%). Виконано 27 (37,5%) операцій на органах черевної порожнини і малого таза. Серед операцій на органах черевної порожнини переважали  втручання на селезінці – загалом 11 (15,3%) операцій. Також виконано по одній операції за межами черевної порожнини: роботичну торакоскопічну тимектомію та зовнішню біопсію лімфатичного вузла. Відзначено скорочення тривалості операції та перебування в стаціонарі, відсутність ускладнень і конверсій, полегшення реабілітаційного періоду для пацієнтів, зменшення фізичного навантаження на членів
операційної бригади.
Висновки. Досвід центру свідчить, що роботична хірургія в Україні починає впевнено набирати обертів,
вказуючи на гарні якісні й кількісні показники.

2023 marks the 125th anniversary of the foundation of the Medical Commission of the Shevchenko Scientific Society’s publication, whose successor today is the journal Proceedings of the Shevchenko Scientific Society. Medical Sciences (Medical Sciences, ISSN 2708-8634; eISSN 2708–8642). Dr Eugen Ozarkevych, the founder and later the Chair of the Shevchenko Scientific Society’s Medical Commission in Lviv, initiated the publication of the scientific and practical journal “Medical Collection” («Лікарський збірник») in 1898. The journal’s primary purpose was to promulgate scientific achievements in the field of medicine in Ukrainian and to create Ukrainian medical terminology. This format allowed the reader to review scientific achievements in fundamental and clinical medicine, current medical problems, and new methods to in the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of various diseases. Ukrainian professional medical terminology was presented in this journal for the first time. Throughout its existence, this oldest medical journal, Medical Sciences, remains faithful to its historical multidisciplinary orientation. During the information and Russian war on the territory of Ukraine, Medical Sciences serves as a national heritage of Ukraine. It is recognized by international partners and indexed in scientometric bibliographic databases such as Scopus, Copernicus, Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ), and Google Scholar. As an Open Access Journal, it is read in 155 countries of the world.
