Вступ. З часу появи Концепції епідеміологічного переходу» (Abdel R. Omran, 1971) домінування неінфекційних хвороб (НІХ) серед населення держав-членів Європейського регіону є реальністю, що явилася тяженною ношою для населення, як в контексті стану індивідувального, так і громадського здоров'я, а також тривалості його життя, та економічного і оборонного ресурсу для країн. Важливим у цьому є і те, що, НІХ є наслідком поведінки самої людини, що окреслює її спосіб життя через наявні фактори ризику.

З огляду на ріст НІХ в Україні за період незалежності в n_ніх=+1,5 рази та їх вплив на зменшення чисельності людності країни (М_ніх=80,3±0,9% від загального числа померлих), мета дослідження передбачає з’ясування рівня обізнаності з теоретичним рівнем знань у керівників органів та закладів охорони здоров’я Львівщини у контексті наявних НІХ та їх наслідків.

Матеріали й методи. Виконане загальне, прикладне, аналітично-описове, монографічне/разове, середньострокове, суцільне соціологічне дослідження згідно опрацьованого інструменту «Анкета вивчення стану обізнаності лікарів щодо наявності НІХ в Україні» серед слухачів циклів удосконалення кафедри Громадського здоров’я ФПДО ЛНМУ імені Д. Галицького в 2022 році (∑_{курсантів} n=327) із числа (∑n=392) керівників органів та закладів медичної допомоги та охорони здоров’я Львівщини. Методи дослідження базувалися на принципах системності та відповідають Паспорту спеціальності 14.02.03 - соціальна медицина.

Результати. Встановлено, що М=80,4±0,3% (n=263) респондентами розуміють сутність поняття «НІХ»; М=40,1± 0,2% (n=131) опитаних розкрили зміст епідеміологічного переходу від інфекційних до хронічних захворювань, що радикально змінило структуру смертності за причинами; 2/3 анкетованих правильно вказали перелік хвороб, віднесених до групи НІХ; М=68,2±0,3% (n=223) досліджених засвідчили ступінь розуміння причин, котрі провокують виникнення НІХ; М=76,8%±0,3% (n=251) респондентів вказали на наявність факторів ризику, котрі піддаються корекції у стані здоров’я людини; М=69,4±0,3% (n=227) анкетованих зазначили розпорядження КМ України від 26 липня 2018 р. за № 530-р «Про затвердження Національного плану заходів щодо неінфекційних захворювань для досягнення глобальних цілей сталого розвитку» як регламентуючий документ у повсякденній діяльності органів та закладів медичної допомоги та охорони здоров’я; М=22,3±0,1% (n=73) опитаних посвідчили, що знайомі з проведеним національним дослідження STEPS (2019), тоді як тільки М=14,1±0,1% / n=46) анкетованих – знайомі з його деякими результатами; М=85,9±0,3% (n=281) анкетованих зазначили, що НІХ є провідними причинами смертності серед населення, тощо.

Висновок. Результати засвідчують про недостатній наявний рівень знань з теоретичних основ НІХ серед управлінців медичних закладів та органів охорони здоров’я Львівщини. Це вимагає впровадження до навчального процесу наявних кафедр медичних внзів організаційно-управлінського та клінічного спрямування як на до дипломному, так і після дипломному навчанні впровадження навчальних тем / факультативів / циклів тематичного удосконалення щодо змісту неінфекційної патології з метою мінімізації її наслідків.

Introduction. Since the emergence of the concept of epidemiological transition" (Abdel R. Omran, 1971), the dominance of non-communicable diseases (NCDs) among the population of the member states of the European region is a reality that has been a heavy burden for the population, both in the context of the individual state and public health, as well as its life expectancy, and an economic and defense resource for countries. Important in this is the fact that NCDs is a consequence of the behavior of the person himself, which outlines his lifestyle due to existing risk factors.

In view of the growth of NIH in Ukraine during the period of independence by nnih=+1.5 times and their influence on the decrease in the number of the country's population (Nnih=80.3±0.9% of the total number of dead), the purpose of the study is to elucidating the level of awareness of the theoretical level of knowledge among the heads of health care bodies and institutions of the Lviv Region in the context of existing NCDs and their consequences.

Materials and methods. Conducted general, applied, analytical-descriptive, monographic/one-off, medium-term, continuous sociological research by the developed tool "Questionnaire for studying the state of awareness of doctors regarding the presence of noncommunicable diseases in Ukraine" among students of specialization cycles and thematic improvement in the specialty "Organization and Management in health care" of the Department of Public Health of  FPGE of Danylo Halytskyi LNMU in 2022 (∑ cadets n=327/Р=100%) among the heads of medical aid bodies and institutions and health care of the Lviv region (∑n=392).

The survey, compilation and processing of the available sociological material was carried out by the author, and the research methods used were based on the principles of systematicity and correspond to the Passport of the specialty 14.02.03 - social medicine.

Results. It was established that М=80.4± 0.3% (n=263) of respondents understand the essence of the concept of «NCDs»; М=40.1± 0.2% (n=131) of the respondents disclosed the content of the epidemiological transition from infectious to chronic diseases, which radically changed the structure of mortality by causes;

 The obtained results in this matter indicate that М=98.2±0.3% (n=321) of the respondents associated the NCDs group with diseases of the circulatory system [I00-I99], while classes of neoplasms [С00-D48] and mental and behavioral disorders [F01-F99] were attributed respectively to М=85.0±0.3% (n=278) of respondents and М=75.2±0.3% (n=246) of respondents, diabetes [E10-E14] was associated with M=85.0±0.3% (n=278) of respondents, while chronic diseases of the lower respiratory tract [J40-J47] were counted by M=63.6±0.2% (n=208) of the total number of subjects (n=327).

Conclusion. The results testify to the low existing level of knowledge of the theoretical foundations of NCDs among the managers of medical institutions and health care bodies of the Lviv region. This requires the introduction to the educational process of the existing departments of organizational, management and clinical direction, both in pre-diploma and post-diploma education of medical higher educational institutions, of educational topics/electives/cycles of thematic improvement regarding the content of noncommunicable pathology to minimize its consequences.

Вступ. Аксіомою в духовному житті вірян були і лишаються наявність божественної природи у створенні Богом Адама й Єви та їх буття як в Раю, так і після гріхопадіння на необробленій землі.

Усвідомлення сутності цього божественного в людини в XXI столітті, а також наданої Богом їй можливості корегувати духовний стан у часі її гріха та покаяння завдяки певним моральним, фізичним та біологічним негараздам у власному бутті, доречно розглядати, в тому числі, і лікарям, поряд з тілесним, як єдину гармонічну божественно-ціліснісну систему людини, чим і має собі людина в  земному житті прокласти дорогу у життя вічне.   

Мета. Наукове усвідомлення Божої природи у творінні людини та концепту її способу життя в земному періоді між тілесним й духовним (згідно зі свідченнями про єство Богом Адама і Єви та життя і харчування перших людей на землі, в період від гріхопадіння й до народження у них дітей).

Матеріали й методи. Виконано епідеміологічне одномоментне, суцільне дослідження Святого Письма та доступних апокрифів і псевдоепіграфів Старого Завіту з використанням низки наукових епідеміологічних та історичних методів дослідження з врахуванням принципів системності.

Результати. Встановлено, що створена за образом та власною подобою Богом розумна, премудра, безсмертна, з вільною волею та двоякою божественною природою: внутрішнім станом – душею та зовнішнім – тілом/матеріальним людина, явила собою єдину гармонічну божественну систему для існування.

Доведено, коли гріх Єви й Адама приніс відповідні зміни у цілісність як їх єства, так і наступним поколінням, через що відбулося переформатування сутності Божої природи людини від повної духовності в Едемі у світ тіла людини-споживача на землі.

З’ясовано, що усвідомлене розуміння людиною сутності гріха та покаяння перед Господом через молитву, піст, сповідь, покуту, смирення й віру в Господа Бога та життя Вічне, дозволяє людині XXI століття скорегувати власний гріховний спосіб життя в сторону внутрішньої божественної природи людини – душі, що і було, є і буде на планеті земля Божою суттю буття людини - визволити її від рабства гріха, хвороби та смерті.

Аргументовано, що фатальним, на сьогодні в практичній та науковій медицині, а також здоровохороні був, є і лишається той факт, коли в преамбулі Конституції України (1996) визнано існування Бога і Його зверхність над усіма людьми і, де, майже 80% українців екзистенціюють себе з православ’ям, а лікарі як лікували, так і у часі хвороби, лише фізичне тіло людини та нехтують, при цьому, її духовною складовою, не надаючи значення наявній єдиній гармонічній божественно-цілісній системі людини та не розуміючи змісту Божого слова, що  «…лікар, …існує з Господньої установи: від Всевишнього - здатність лікаря…» (Сир.38:1,2).

Висновки. Результати дослідження потверджують еволюційний шлях, створеного Богом, з духовною та тілесною природою, єства людини, а також слугують свідченням спроможності самої людини до переформатування сутності Божої природи людини від повної духовності в Едемі у світ тіла людини-споживача на землі після гріхопадіння.

Мотивованим в даній науковій роботі є і те, що усвідомлення сутності гріха дозволяє людині через покаяння перед Господом - молитву, піст, сповідь, покуту, смирення й віру в Господа Бога та життя Вічне, скорегувати власний гріховний спосіб життя в сторону внутрішньої божественної природи людини – душі, що і було, є і буде на планеті земля Божою квінтесенцією для буття людини - визволити її від рабства гріха, хвороби та смерті.

Introduction. An axiom in the spiritual life of believers was and remains the presence of a divine nature in God's creation of Adam and Eve and their existence both in Paradise and after the fall on uncultivated earth.

Awareness of the essence of this divine in humans in the 21st century, as well as the opportunity given by God to correct spiritual state at the time of sin and repentance due to certain moral, physical and biological troubles in his being, should be considered, including by doctors, along with the physical, as a single harmonious divine and holistic system of man, with which a person must pave the way to eternal life in earthly life.   

Purpose. Scientific awareness of God's nature in the creation of humans and the concept of way of life in the earthly period between the physical and spiritual (according to the evidence about the existence of God of Adam and Eve and the life and nutrition of the first people on earth, in the period from the fall to the birth of their children).

Materials and methods. An epidemiological one-time, continuous study of the Holy Scriptures and available apocrypha and pseudo-epigraphs of the Old Testament was carried out using several scientific epidemiological and historical research methods, taking into account the principles of systematicity.

Results. It has been established that intelligent, wise, immortal, with free will and a dual divine nature: an internal state – soul and external – body/material human, created by God in the image and likeness of God, was a single harmonious divine system for existence.

It is proved when the sin of Eve and Adam brought corresponding changes in the integrity of both their being and the following generations, due to which the essence of God's nature of man was reformatted from full spirituality in Eden to the world of the body of a human-consumer on earth.

It is clarified when a person's conscious understanding of the essence of sin and repentance before the Lord through prayer, fasting, confession, penance, humility and faith in the Lord God and Eternal life, allows a person of the 21st century to correct his  sinful way of life in the direction of the inner divine nature of man – the soul, what was, is and will be on the planet earth God's essence of human existence – to free him from the slavery of sin, disease and death.

It is argued that the fact that the existence of God and His supremacy over all people is recognized in the preamble of the Constitution of Ukraine (1996) was and remains fatal today in practical and scientific medicine, as well as in health care. Almost 80% of Ukrainians associate themselves with Orthodoxy, and doctors both treated and during illness only the physical body of a person and neglected, at the same time, its spiritual component, not giving importance to the existing single harmonious divine-holistic system of a person and not understanding the meaning of God's word, which "...the doctor, ...exists from the Lord's instructions: from God – the ability of the doctor..." (Sir.38:1,2).

Conclusions. The results of the study confirm the evolutionary path created by God, with the spiritual and physical nature of the human being, and also serve as evidence of the ability of man himself to reformat the essence of God's human nature from full spirituality in Eden to the world of the body of a human consumer on earth after the fall.

Motivated in this scientific work is the fact that awareness of the essence of sin allows the person through repentance before the Lord – prayer, fasting, confession, penance, humility and faith in the Lord God and Eternal life, to correct his sinful way of life in the direction of the inner divine nature of man – to the soul, what was, is and will be on the planet earth God's quintessence for the existence of man – to free him from the slavery of sin, disease and death.

Вступ. Процес харчування людини в різноманітних за змістом історичних еволюціях суспільств світу і є складною медико-соціальною, економічною й обороною проблемою в громадському здоров’ї країни, породжуючи та ускладнюючи, при цьому, у стані індивідуального здоров’я критичні довгострокові психологічно-хворобливі наслідки для людини та її сім'ї/родини.

У контексті цього, зроблена наукова спроба пізнати початок Божої істини в харчуванні людини, шляхом відслідковування процесу їства у перших людей з часу їх створення Господом Богом - при їх проживанні в Райському саду та після гріхопадіння – в перші часи на землі, що і робить дане дослідження актуальним при насу́щному стані індивідуального та громадського здоров'я населення України у реальності ХХІ століття. 

Мета дослідження – констатація встановленого наукового припущення щодо Божої істини в харчуванні Адама і Єви та їх нащадків, в період їх проживання в Раю та - у перші часи на землі. Матеріали й методи. Виконано епідеміологічне одномоментне, суцільне наукове дослідження Свяще́нного Писа́ння та відомостей доступних біблійних апокрифів і псевдоепіграфів Старого Завіту з використанням низки наукових біостатистичних та історичних методів дослідження з урахуванням принципів системності.

Результати. Доведено, що Господь-Творець, родоначальників людства – Адама та Єву і по замислу Господньому, всі майбутні покоління роду людського в Едемі, обдарував у харчування Божою істинною - плодово-рослинним набором продуктів їства та цілющою водою.

Висвітлено, що через гріхопадіння Єви та Адама, котрі опинились на необробленій землі, Бог запропонував їм та їх нащадкам нову істину в харчуванні - кропиву, польові трави та тернові плоди, а уздрівши у них усвідомлення власної гріховності та щиросердечне розкаяння на славу Божу (молитви, піст, кадіння, глибока та сильна віра!), проявив милосердя та додав до їства пшеницю, мед, рослинне масло.

Цим аргументовано, коли процесу харчуванню першим людям, Господь-Світотворець відвів чільне місце в способі їх буття, оскільки їстивні набори продуктів (плодово-рослинний та рослинний/вегетаріанський) повністю забезпечували людині належний рівень життя та здоров’я, довголіття, стан фізичних, розумових та духовних сил, а також комунікацію поміж собою та і з іншими, й з самим Господом Богом. Окрім того, Бог не дозволив їм споживати м’ясо тварин, птахів, рибу і те, що рухається та живе, а також їх крові й плоди сіяних рослин.

З’ясовано, що спадкоємці Адама: «вівчарі» та «рільники», ставши нестриманими в їжі й питті, долучили до рослинного раціону плотську їжу - м’ясо, молоко, молочні продукти тощо, через що, їли й пили її без міри, а їхній розбещений апетит не знав меж, чому карою за неслухняність Бог для Адама і Єви та наступного роду людського заявив страждання: хвороби, старість і смерть, чого не було до часу споживання тілесного їдження.

Висновки. Мотивовано, що їжа для людини в усі віки та XXI сторіччі – це замисел Бога щодо здоров’я та довголіття, який слугує прямим базисом здорового способу її життя, а, при дотриманні молитви, посту й покути відкриває шлях до життя вічного.

Introduction. The process of human nutrition in various historical evolutions of world societies is a complex medical-social, economic and defense problem in the public health of the country, generating and complicating, at the same time, critical long-term psychological and morbid consequences in the state of individual health for a person and his/her family.

In this context, a scientific attempt has been made to learn the beginning of God's truth in human nutrition, by tracing the eating process of the first people from the time of their creation by the Lord God - when they lived in the Garden of Eden and after the Fall - in the first times on earth, which does this research relevant in the current state of individual and public health of the population of Ukraine in the reality of the 21st century. 

Purpose of the study is to ascertain the established scientific assumption regarding God's truth in the nutrition of Adam and Eve and their descendants, during their residence in Paradise and - in the first times on earth.

Materials and methods. An epidemiological one-time, continuous scientific study of the Holy Scriptures and the information of the available biblical apocrypha and pseudo-epigraphs of the Old Testament was carried out using a number of scientific biostatistical and historical research methods, taking into account the principles of systematicity.

Results. It has been proven that the Lord Creator, the progenitors of mankind - Adam and Eve, and according to God's plan, all future generations of the human race in Eden, gifted them with God's true food - fruit and vegetable set of products and healing drinking water.

It is highlighted that due to the fall of Eve and Adam, who ended up on uncultivated land, God offered them and their descendants a new truth in food - nettles, field herbs and thorn fruits, and seeing in them the awareness of their own sinfulness and sincere repentance for the glory of God (prayers, fasting, incense, deep and strong faith!), showed mercy and added wheat, honey, vegetable oil.

This is argued, when the process of feeding the first people, the Lord-Creator gave a prominent place in their way of being, since edible sets of products (fruit-vegetable and vegetable/vegetarian) fully provided a person with an appropriate standard of living and health, longevity, physical condition, mental and spiritual powers, as well as communication between oneself and with others, and with the Lord God Himself. In addition, God did not allow them to eat the flesh of animals, birds, fish and everything that moves and lives, as well as their blood and the fruits of sown plants.

It was found that Adam's heirs: "shepherds" and "farmers", having become intemperate in eating and drinking, added carnal food to the vegetable diet - meat, milk, dairy products, etc., because of what, they ate and drank it without measure, and their depraved appetite knew no bounds, why as a punishment for disobedience, God announced suffering for Adam and Eve and the next human race: sickness, old age and death, which did not exist before the consumption of bodily food.

Conclusions. It is motivated that food for a person in all ages and in the 21st century is God's plan for health and longevity, which serves as the direct basis for a healthy way of life, and, with observance of prayer, fasting and penance, opens the way to eternal life.

Хвороба Лайма - одна з найпоширеніших природньотрансмісивних інфекцій, яка характеризується переважним ураженням шкіри, серцево-судинної системи, нервової системи та опорно-рухового апарату. Лайм-артрит майже вдвічі частіше розвивається у дітей, ніж у дорослих, і є найпоширенішим проявом пізньої стадії хвороби Лайма, без попередньої появи мігруючої еритеми.
Мета. Вивчити та проаналізувати клінічні та лабораторні особливості Лайм-артриту та артритів іншої етіології.
Матеріал і методи. Під спостереженням знаходилося 16 дітей, які звернулися в КНП ЛОР "Львівська обласна інфекційна клінічна лікарня" з підозрою на Лайм-артрит. Для виявлення причини суглобового синдрому використовувались IgM та імуноблот до B.burgdorferi, загальний аналіз крові, С-реактивний протеїн,
інтерлейкін-6, креатинінфосфокіназа-МВ.
Результати й обговорення. Ми сформували 2 клінічні групи: у першу увійшли пацієнти з підозрою на Лайм-артрит, другу сформували діти з підтвердженим Лайм-артритом. В групі 1 хлопчики становили 66,7%, у групі 2 - 42,9%, натомість дівчатка - 33,3% та 57,1% відповідно. СРП виявлявся у чотири рази вищим у пацієнтів групи 2, що становило 16,9 мг/л, тоді як пацієнтів групи 1 він становив 4,0 мг/л. Рівень ІЛ- 6 <1.5 пг/мл частіше (у 71,4% випадків) реєструвався у групі 2 у порівнянні із клінічною групою 1, де частка пацієнтів із такими рівнями даного показника становила 44,4%. У жодного із наших пацієнтів групи 2 та лише в 1 пацієнта групи 1 (11,1%) було виявлено рівень IgM <2 Од/мл. Достовірно (р=0,02) частіше рівні IgG >200 Од/мл виявлялись у групі 2, де частка таких пацієнтів склала 42,9%, у той час, як у групі 1 IgG не було виявлено у жодного із пацієнтів.
Висновок. Причиною Лайм-артриту у дітей є ускладнення боррелійної інфекції. Лабораторними критеріями Лайм-артриту є позитивні IgG до B.burgdorferi в імуноферментному та імуноблот-аналізах. Достовірно (р=0,02) частіше рівні IgG >200 Од/мл виявлялись у 42,9% пацієнтів з Лайм-артритом. Для виявлення причин суглобового синдрому у дітей, при відсутності даних про укус кліща та мігруючої еритеми в анамнезі, необхідний об'єктивний метод діагностики Лайм-артриту. Heterocycles are commonly known for their unique features, e.g., antibacterial or anticancer properties. Although many synthetic heterocycles, such as 4-thiazolidinone (4-TZD), have been synthesized, their potential applications have not yet been fully investigated. However, many researchers have reported relevant results that can be a basis for the search for new potential drugs. Therefore, the aim of this study was to evaluate the cytotoxic, cytostatic, and antibacterial effects of certain 4-thiazolidinone-based derivatives, Les-3166, Les-5935, Les-6009, and Les-6166, on human fibroblasts (BJ), neuroblastoma (SH-SY5Y), epithelial lung carcinoma (A549), and colorectal adenocarcinoma (CACO-2) cell lines in vitro. All tested compounds applied in a concentration range from 10 to 100 µM were able to decrease metabolic activity in the BJ, A549, and SH-SY5Y cell lines. However, the action of Les-3166 was mainly based on the ROS-independent pathway, similarly to Les-6009. In turn, Les-5935 and Les-6166 were able to promote ROS production in BJ, A549, and SH-SY5Y cells, compared to the control. Les-3166, Les-6009, and Les-6166 significantly increased the caspase-3 activity, especially at the concentrations of 50 µM and 100 µM. However, Les-5935 did not induce apoptosis. Only Les-5935 showed a minor cytostatic effect on SH-SY5Y cells. Additionally, the antibacterial properties of the tested compounds against P. aeruginosa bacterial biofilm can be ranked as follows: Les-3166 > Les-5935 > Les-6009. Les-6166 did not show any anti-biofilm activity. In summary, the study showed that Les-5935, Les-6009, and Les-6166 were characterized by anticancer properties, especially in the human lung cancer cell. In cases of BJ, SH-SY5Y, and CACO-2 cells the anticancer usage of such compounds is limited due to effect visible only at 50 and 100 µM.
