Анотація.Ознакою нашого часу є інфекції різної етіології, які стали особливо небезпечними для людей та тварин з ослабленим природним імунітетом. Вони поширені в різних природних і створених людьми середовищах: від промислових умов і закінчуючи медичними приладами, де вони можуть мати як позитивний, так і негативний вплив. В огляді досліджуються питання ролі мікробних біоплівок, набуття бактеріями стійкості до речовин з антимікробною активністю в контексті здоров’я людини, її наслідки та альтернативні методи профілактики спрямовані на ці пружні структури. Зосереджено увагу на асоціації біоплівок із стійкістю до антибіотиків та біоцидів, чутливості до дезінфектантів та проблем профілактики їх утворення.

Resume.A sign of our time are infections of various etiologies, which have become especially dangerous for people and animals with weakened natural immunity. They are widespread in various natural and man-made environments: from industrial conditions to medical devices, where they can have both positive and negative effects. The review examines the role of microbial biofilms, the acquisition of resistance by bacteria to substances with antimicrobial activity in the context of human health, its consequences and alternative methods of prevention aimed at these resilient structures. The focus is on the association of biofilms with resistance to antibiotics and biocides, sensitivity to disinfectants, and problems of preventing their formation.
