У роботі представлено концепцію та структуру бібліографічного покажчика, присвяченого 24O-річчю Львівського національного медичного університету імені Данила Галицького. Висвітлено етапи становлення медичної освіти у Львові з 1784 року. Охарактеризовано джерельну базу дослідження, яка налічує понад L85O позицій, включаючи архівні документи, періодику та іноземні каталоги.
Особливу увагу приділено систематизації матеріалів за історичними періодами, науковими школами та структурними підрозділами.
Видання розраховане на науковців, істориків медицини та бібліотечних фахівців.

The work presents the concept and structure of the bibliographic index dedicated to the 24oth anniversary of the Danylo Halytsky Lviv Na- tional Medical University. The stages of the formation of medical education in Lviv since l784 are highlighted. The source base of the research, which includes over l85o items comprising archival documents, periodicals, and foreign catalogs, is characterized. Particular attention is paid to the system- atization of materials by historical periods, scientific schools, and structural units. The publication is intended for scientists, historians of medicine, and library specialists.
