Світові тенденції розвитку медичної освіти базуються на розумінні ключової ролі освітнього процесу, а також на принципах відповідальності освіти перед суспільством; на широкому і відкритому доступі до сучасних технологій, як на додипломному, так і післядипломному етапі.Прослідковується чітка тенденція зміщення акцентів на практичну орієнтованість засвоєних знань та контролю отриманих практичних навичок та вмінь, широке запровадження імітаційних технологій навчання. Поштовхом до цього стала зосередженість світової медичної спільноти на проблемі лікарських помилок і необхідності підвищення безпеки пацієнтів.

В сучасній медичній освіті роль симуляційних технологій важко переоцінити. Немає галузі медицини, де б не могли бути застосовані симуляційні технології навчання. Головна мета симуляційного нав- чання – освоїти практичні навички в умовах, максимально наближених до реальних, при відсутності безпосереднього контакту з пацієнтом. 

The hypotensive effect of endotrabeculectomy as a stand-alone glaucoma operation and deep sclerectomy in combination with endotrabeculectomy in patients with primary open-angle glaucoma was compared. We observed 35 patients (35 eyes) with primary open-angle glaucoma. In the first group (23 patients, 23 eyes) endotrabeculectomy as stand-alone operation was performed, in the second group (12 patients, 12 eyes) deep sclerectomy in combination with endotrabeculectomy was performed. When comparing the intraocular pressure, it was found that the difference between preoperative and postoperative intraocular pressure was significant lower up to 9 months in both groups (p < 0.05), but the hypotensive effect in the second group was slightly more expressed - 6.7 and 7.83 mm Hg in accordance. The number of glaucoma medications in the first group decreased by 0.60, while in the second group - by 2.58 (p < 0.05). Thus, hypotensive effect of combined surgery outweighs the effect of stand-alone endotrabeculectomy

Background: Walking as a method of functional recovery is used to treat many diseases. It is an accessible, natural and widespread form of
physical activity. Terrenkur is defined as distance, time, and angle dosed hiking; a method of training and treating patients with cardiovascular
diseases. One alternative method of rehabilitation is Nordic Walking which leads to increasing both the number of muscles involved in
movement and physical and aerobic load.

Background. The global trends in the development of medical education are based on the wide and
open access to modern technologies, both at the undergraduate and postgraduate stages. There is a
clear tendency of shifting emphasis to the practical orientation of the acquired knowledge and the
control of acquired practical skills and abilities, and the widespread introduction of simulation
learning technologies.
