The work is devoted to the problem of developing a portable and easy-to-implement spectral express analyzer prototype for MEMS optical systems. The novelty of this study is new approaches to photodiode signal converting and the technique of spectral express analysis. The signal converter is implemented on the principle of trans-impedance amplification, which ensures high linearity of the conversion of the input photocurrent into the output voltage and a wide frequency band. Model studies with the approximation of spectral characteristics by mathematical Gaussian functions were used for the express analysis. The hardware and software of the express analyzer based on Color Light-to-Digital Converter TCS3400 are presented. The results of the work are used to study the parameters of MEMS mirrors of optical systems and develop optical sensors based on them.
Неконтрольоване використання антибіотиків (антибактеріальних, протимікробних засобів) призводить до зростання антибіотикорезистентності, що стало глобальною проблемою охорони здоров’я. До боротьби з антибіотикорезистентністю Україна долучилася у 2019р., коли Розпорядженням КМУ № 116-р від 06.03.2019р. було затверджено Національний план дій щодо боротьби із стійкістю до протимікробних препаратів.
Запровадження електронного виписування рецепта на антибактеріальні лікарські засоби (ЛЗ) з 01.08.2022р. покликане сприяти контрольованому використанню антибіотиків, а також зменшенню їх споживання. Електронний рецепт (е-рецепт) забезпечує надання можливості більшого обліку і контролю лікарських призначень антибактеріальних ЛЗ, що особливо актуально для боротьби з антибіотикорезистентністю.
Остання редакція класифікаційної бази даних «AWaRe» є наведена у Додатку 3 Стандарту медичної допомоги «Раціональне застосування антибактеріальних і антифунгіальних препаратів з лікувальною та профілактичною метою», затвердженого Наказом МОЗ України № 823 від 18.05.2022р. База даних «AWaRe» включає 258 МНН антибіотиків, у т.ч.: 87 Адоступні (Access), 142 В-піднаглядові (Watch) та 29 С-резервні (Reserve) із зазначенням їх фармакологічних класів, кодів ATC класифікації та статусу у списку основних лікарських засобів ВООЗ; зокрема в переліку ОЛЗ ВООЗ-21, на який посилається Стандарт, є 21 антибіотик у групі А (24,1%), 12 – у групі В (8,5%), 9 – у групі С (31,0%).

The purpose of the study was to estimate effectiveness of rehabilitation program in patients after Сoronavirus disease with cognitive disorders and manifestations of chronic fatigue syndrome.
