Wartime displacement, unstable living conditions, and ongoing stress continue to reshape population health in Ukraine. Community-based screening initiatives such as the annual four-day "Health Days" provide a valuable opportunity to detect emerging health problems among both internally displaced persons and local residents. However, the effectiveness of such programs is influenced not only by health needs but also by organizational factors such as timing, weather, and location. Preliminary observations suggest that warm days, weekends, and easily accessible public spaces significantly increase public engagement.

Background: Walking as a method of functional recovery is used to treat many diseases. It is an accessible, natural and widespread form of
physical activity. Terrenkur is defined as distance, time, and angle dosed hiking; a method of training and treating patients with cardiovascular
diseases. One alternative method of rehabilitation is Nordic Walking which leads to increasing both the number of muscles involved in
movement and physical and aerobic load.
