Abstract. The conducted study aimed for the integration of cloud technologies into the educational process to evaluate their influence on different aspects of the professional competence of future doctors. For this, methods of comparative analysis, questionnaire, expert assessment, observation and statistical analysis were used. Results showed that students of the experimental group demonstrated significant improvement in the professional competence of such components as cognitive, motivational-volitional and organizational performance aspects. This confirms the importance of the skill to effectively use digital technologies in both professional and personal life spheres. The use of cloud technologies such as Google Docs, Pbwiki, Sway, Microsoft Azure, and Microsoft Planner led to significant improvements in students’ results. Still, at the beginning, many teachers doubted these tools, although their attitude changed with time. Thus, reconsideration of educational programs to ensure their compliance with world education standards, in particular through the integration of new technologies, contributing to the development of professional competencies is relevant. The scientific novelty of the research is stipulated by the insufficient number of studies devoted to the use of cloud technologies in training future doctors.

The quality of medical communication with patients is of great importance for diagnosis, treatment, prevention and rehabilitation. Not only the timely detection of the disease, but also the patient’s motivation to maintain health, treatment, etc. depends on the extent to which the doctor has the skills to build effective communication during the provision of medical care. It is not enough for a modern doctor to be competent only in the field of medicine, but also to possess the psychology of communication. This highlights the necessity to develop communicative competence in future doctors while still studying at medical universities. The aim of the article is to consider the communicative competence of future dentists as a basis for effective professional interaction in pediatric dentistry and compliance with pediatric patients.

It is generalized that the process of forming communicative competence of future dentists is an integrated system of functional components and personality properties; a form of expression of subject-subject relations of participants in the interactive and communicative process in solving professional tasks.

The teachers changed their attitude towards the use of cloud technologies during classes, although most of the teachers had doubts about the proposed tools at the beginning of the study. The novelty and implementation. The academic novelty of the study was the fact that few studies have been conducted on the use of cloud technologies during the educational training of future doctors. The implementation of virtual reality in the practical classes of future doctors can be a promising direction of research.

Future doctors are expected to possess a high level of professional skills, as reflected by their acquisition of proficient communication competence. The purpose of the article is to determine the role of digital technologies in the formation of communicative competence of prospective doctors. The objective was attained through the use of observation, analysis and weight coefficient, efficiency coefficient, Spearman's correlation coefficient. It was established that the development of communicative competence skills primarily allows to ensure the relevant orientation to the communication conditions (1.6) as well as informativity (1.53). To cultivate the communication proficiencies of prospective medical professionals, the authors developed corresponding approaches that included the use of digital technologies. The study of theoretical material involved the use of the SlideDog application; conducting practical classes via Medvoice Platform. The formation of professional competence involved the role-playing of relevant situations, based on the materials of the Pediatric Dentistry Academy, CARE-NExT-PG. After determining the level of students’ communication skills development in Group 1 (40.2) and Group 2 (40.1), it was established that they attained a high level. The development of communication skills contributed to the formation of students’ communication and social skills, as well as skills of abstract thinking and statistical information processing. The practical significance of the study lies in the elaboration of effective approaches to the development of prospective doctors’ communication skills drawing on the use of digital technologies. Research perspectives may be linked to the comparison of the level of communicative competence among medical students across various academic levels.
