The article discusses the tasks and structure of cardiorehabilitation (KR) restorative treatment of patients after acute coronary syndrome (ACS). The physical rehabilitation program, its formation depending on the classification of the severity of the clinical condition of rehabilitation patients and groups of complications arising after an acute coronary event were analyzed. The article focuses on teaching patients to modify their lifestyle, correct risk factors, and adhere to medication in order to improve the quality and length of their lives. The priority goals of the KR process have been determined, among which the most important are the prevention of repeated cardiovascular events, hospitalizations, and improvement of the prognosis.
